SHIPPING 

KYTINI will dispatch your item 1-3 days of purchase unless notified.  In case of made to order piece, this may change depending on supplies, if you need a item by a certain time frame please contact kytinideisgns@outlook.com 

Items will be shipped using recycled packaging/Australia post sachets and sent through Australia post with tracking. 

No International orders expected at this time. 

**Due to covid-19 there will be unpredictable delays, the current shipping information below does not apply during this pandemic. International orders will be mostly affected.  

For specific shipping information and times please contact your local post office and ask for estimated delivery times for parcels coming from Melbourne Australia 3134.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We at KYTINI hope that you are 100% happy with your item as they are made with love and time! 

 

We understand that in some unseen circumstances that a product might not fulfil, in the case of size, colour etc however, we do not offer change of mind refunds or exchange. 

A product can be return within 14 days so please contact kytinidesigns@outlook.com to arrange and discuss item details. 

Buyer pays for postage - to be eligible buyer must return with tags and item in condition as received, please be aware that any signs of damage such as make up, perfume and deodorant stains will not receive a refund. 

Clothing Items also will not be refunded for products that have been tried on without something underneath panty line. For these reasons we cannot resell the product to another customer.
